Workshop evaluation

Jackie - The workshop was interesting, insightful, and balanced between the morning and afternoon . The morning stretched us in that we had to think about a daily activity and the steps involved. We all realized that we know more than we think we do and that we can do more than we give ourselves credit for. Some of us may actually be teaching skills to patrons, but because it is not in a formal environment, or may not require a great deal of time, don't consider it "teaching".

It is also encouraging to discover that one is not alone with problems or issues. It helps us feel that we are all part of the whole in trying to deliver quality library service.

Thank you for including the Roxio demonstration. Hands-on activities such as this are helpful. I wonder if there is a need for a one page guide that we could hand to patrons as needed. This is another discussion entirely, so we don't need to address that here.
